Charlotte O'Sullivan

Co-Owner & Coach
Strength Space
Fit Space
Sweat Space

As the Founder of The Fit Space, she’s built more than just a gym - she’s created a community grounded in accountability, high standards, and genuine connection. With a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and over 10 years of hands-on experience in the health and fitness industry, Charlotte brings both expertise and energy to every session she leads.

New to training? Charlotte will meet you where you’re at; building confidence, capability and genuine self-belief from day one. Been in the game a while? She’ll challenge you, call you out (lovingly), and push you beyond the limits you’ve set for yourself; all with a tongue-in-cheek grin that somehow makes you want to work harder. Regardless, she's got a knack for getting the best out of every person in the room.

When she's not in the gym she's got her nose in a book with a large cup of coffee in hand. Her mission is simple: create strong bodies, resilient minds, and a community where you feel capable, supported and unstoppable.

Aden O'Sullivan

Co-Owner & Head Coach

Strength Space

With a Master’s in Exercise Science and accreditation as a nationally recognised Strength & Conditioning Coach, Aden is one of The Fit Space’s biggest assets. He brings the science to group fitness, taking a “simple, yet highly effective” approach to programming and exercise prescription. Passionate about helping people become stronger, fitter, and more capable, Aden is driven by creating real, measurable progress. He’s essentially a walking encyclopaedia - always ready for a robust debate about what the research actually says on any given topic (and he’ll happily back it up). His classes are a balance of education, conversation and good vibes. Expect to learn the “why” behind what you’re doing, not just go through the motions.

New to training? Aden prides himself on nurturing beginners and building solid foundations from day one. More advanced? He’ll challenge you with precision and intent, pushing you to levels you didn’t realise were possible.

When he’s not in the gym, you’ll find him on the golf course, coffee in hand, science podcast playing in the background because, for Aden, learning never switches off.

Strength Space

If you’re looking for a coach who brings strength, personality, and serious know-how to every session, meet Liv - one of our most senior trainers. With a thriving Personal Training business and years of hands-on experience, she knows how to train with purpose, intensity, and results.

Liv is all about helping people get stronger and fitter - both physically and mentally. She’s just as passionate about building the foundations in beginners as she is about pushing experienced athletes to new personal bests. While she’s a powerhouse in the weights room, Liv isn’t one-dimensional. With her sights set on longer distance running, she brings a well-rounded perspective to training and helps clients balance strength, endurance, and enjoyment in their fitness journey.

Outside the gym, Liv is a Pop Punk enthusiast (yes, The Veronicas are on repeat), a self-confessed foodie, and always up for a cheeky wine or two. Her sessions reflect her energy: structured, gritty, full of good tunes, and designed to make you show up, work hard, and leave feeling accomplished.

Kicking off her PT journey in 2016, Alex brings over 10 years of experience across personal and group training, boxing, marathon prep, and high-energy bootcamp sessions. She knows how to provide a class that can challenge you, support you, and leave you feeling proud of what your body can do. As a long-time TFS member turned coach, Alex genuinely lives and breathes what the gym stands for.

She understands firsthand the power of small class sizes ie. personalised coaching, real accountability, and absolutely nowhere to hide. Alex is passionate about helping people build strength, confidence, and resilience in a welcoming, judgement-free space. She believes great coaching goes beyond reps and sets. It’s about creating an environment where people feel capable of more than they ever expected. When she’s not coaching or training herself, she’s probably at a playground, listening to the wiggles or sharing a danish with her two year old bestie at Cheeky Grin Coffee.

This one needs no introduction… because chances are, you’ve already sweated it out beside her in class! Hannah’s been a familiar face around the gym for years, known for her positive energy and approachable coaching style that keeps you feeling comfortable, supported, and challenged at the same time. With a strong personal interest in both strength and endurance training, she’s especially passionate about how gym-based training can enhance performance, improve mental and physical health, and build long-term fitness.

Hannah is a standout addition to the team because she truly gets the TFS experience from the inside out. She knows what it’s like to show up nervous, build consistency, hit plateaus, and break through them, and now she’s here to help you do the same. Her classes are the perfect mix of thoughtful coaching, motivation, and good vibes.

Ellie Crozier

Yoga Instructor
Yin Yoga

Ellie has been teaching yoga in Adelaide for the past five years and has a special interest in the relationship between exercise recovery, nervous system adaptability and psychological clarity. She brings holistic techniques to help relieve muscle tightness and fatigue, and improve mindfulness and focus on the basis that a human is greater than the sum of their physiology. She says looking after your body through movement is a great way to deepen that holistic understanding - this approach stems from her belief that congruence in the individual + workouts as a collective = a stronger community. Her monthly classes blend yoga posture practices with breath work, myofascial (trigger point) release, rest and meditation.

Don’t hesitate to ask her yoga-related questions if you catch her in an early morning Strength class - she’s always up for a chat. Along with teaching, Ellie raises two kids with her husband Trav, studies a Bachelor of Health Science (Naturopathy), bakes bread and loves a Morialta hike.

Dakota Stephenson

Créche Supervisor
Créche

Dakota is a familiar face in the mornings, running the Crèche sessions at the gym. Outside of her role at the gym, she is studying full-time at the University of Adelaide, completing her Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (0–8 years). In addition to her work in Crèche, Dakota brings just under two years of experience in childcare and absolutely loves what she does. She has worked across a varity of ages in childcare having experience caring for children aged 0–5 years.

When she’s not working or studying, Dakota enjoys going to the gym, heading to the beach, babysitting, and spending time out and about, prioritising quality time with her family and friends.
