With a fusion of body weight and machine based interval training you’ll find new energy levels, increase your metabolism and improve cardiovascular fitness. Antiperspirant is advised.

This class is solely comprised of time based interval training, not for reps or caloric expenditure. As the focus of this class is improving cardiovascular fitness, we are more interested in heart rates over the class time.

The warm up in the class is high intensity, so you can spike your heart rate and keep it high over the duration of the class. This is where education, evidence based practice and more specificity in the workout are be needed. Yes, you’re coming to sweat and get your heart rate up, but we’re also going to do it with specific numbers and goals in place, to ensure you’re actually targeting the right systems (muscular (aerobic versus anaerobic) and respiratory).
